• Returns and exchanges:
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the poster arrives damaged. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Upon receipt of the package, if it is damaged, do not accept the package and ask for it to be returned to the sender so that I can file a claim with the post office.

I will send you another poster as soon as I have assessed and verified the damage. Please check the delivery address you provide carefully, as if it is incorrect and the package is returned to me, I will be obliged to charge you for the shipping costs for resending it.

Price depends on location and type of finish.
Art paper finish: shipped in a protective tube. 
Prestige finish: shipped in a wooden transport crate.
